Despite having a water basement management system (put in by
another vendor) ... we had issues during all that rain—water
everywhere. Not wanting to wait around for the sump pump guy, I
called Phil. He immediately came and put his own personal sump
pump in place of my broken one, until the sump pump vendor
finally came and replaced the pump. Phil is the nicest business man
I have EVER met! You have to be crazy NOT to call him.

Over our ten year relationship, Phil Cantito of Plumbers Plus has
demonstrated a high level of integrity. He always does the right
thing for the half dozen properties we own. We're talking complexes
that exceed multiples of 50-60 units each. I trust his plumbing,

He's gotten us out of jams time and time again. He'll go to any
length to help us. Recently, he came into one of our properties that
had a major water issue—downed water lines. Phil put his own life
at risk by using a highly flammable technique to solve the problem.
This risky method allowed Phil to freeze a pipe inside this home, in
order to turn water off to get a shut-off valve put in. We are grateful
he had the knowledge and ingenuity it took to resolve this serious

landscaping in order to solve the problem, while his team removed all the water.
